David Wallder works with companies and investors to build Boards and senior management teams primarily in life science companies. Wallder Consulting also invests in some client companies, taking up Non Executive positions where appropriate.
2009 is David's 28th year in the recruitment business. From 1981 he worked for several companies including PA Consulting Group where he was responsible for healthcare recruitment across Europe and Korn/Ferry International which happened as an acquisition from PA. Wallder Consulting was set up in 2002 and the network amassed in that time is extensive; David probably knows most of the main players in the UK life science market. In 2007 he set up Wallder Capital which invests in early stage companies where the people, investor base, technology and image are right.
