Kevin Byrne, is a solicitor providing legal advice to companies in relation to commercial contracts, (often those with a significant IP element), companies raising funding (articles of association, shareholders' agreement etc) and companies acquiring other companies or being sold.

Kevin has a wide range of experience as a solicitor both as in-house counsel with Bayer plc and in private practice with Bird & Bird and a US firm. He has practised through his law firm Complete Legal, since 2005.
