Kevin Byrne is a solicitor providing legal advice to companies in relation to commercial contracts, (often those with a significant IP element), companies raising funding (articles of association, shareholders' agreements etc) and companies acquiring other companies or being sold. Kevin has extensive knowledge of M&A and corporate transactions. In addition he has experience of a full range of commercial transactions gained through his work at City practices and in-house.
Kevin has a wide range of experience as a solicitor both as in-house counsel with Bayer plc and in private practice with Bird & Bird and a US firm. He has practised through his law firm CompleteLegal, since 2005, and joined Clarkslegal in early 2008. He has been involved with companies from start-up to exit and has expertise in relation to technology companies and in particular acts for life science companies.
